2. Orders & Payments

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods via our secure checkout system (including Stripe, debit/credit card, and Apple Pay, where available).

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless we agree in writing.

Furdopt Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment has not been successfully processed or where product availability or pricing errors occur.
3. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, Furdopt Shop is not responsible for postal or courier delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your parcel.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’ll love your purchase! However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

You must email us within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@furdoptshop.com to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.

The buyer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges are available for items of the same or higher value (with any price difference payable by the buyer).

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
If you return an item outside of the 14-day window or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at orders@furdoptshop.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your claim and may request photos or additional information. Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. This includes (but is not limited to):

However, minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing or display differences. These variations will not qualify as faults.

Furdopt Shop’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the total price of the product(s) purchased.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
